In short: Quick Check Writer is software that helps you write and print your own checks. You are responsible for the checks you write and for using your own bank accounts. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel anytime.

1. Who we are

Quick Check Writer ("the app") is provided by 297 HART LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app at quickcheckwriter.com or the Android app, you agree to these terms.

2. What the app does

The app lets you enter your own business and bank details and print checks, including the MICR bank line, on check stock or paper you supply. We are not a bank, we do not move money, and we do not verify your bank account. Whether a bank accepts a check depends on your bank, your printer, ink and paper. Print a test check and confirm with your bank before relying on it.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only write checks on bank accounts you own or are authorized to use, and only for lawful purposes.
• Check every printed check (payee, amount, date, numbers and alignment) before you sign or send it.
• Keep your device, backups and printed checks secure. Your check data is stored on your device, and you are responsible for backing it up.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free check and plans

Your first check is free. After that, checks print with a "SAMPLE – NOT VALID" watermark unless you have a paid plan. Basic is $1.99 per month (unlimited checks, one company / bank account). Pro is $4.99 per month (unlimited checks, unlimited companies and bank accounts, no ads). Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime: on the website from Plans → "Manage or cancel subscription" or the link in your receipt, and in the Android app through Google Play. There is no cancellation fee. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Purchases in the Android app are also subject to Google Play's terms.

6. Changes to the app and prices

We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we change prices, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period. You can cancel before then.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that checks will be accepted by any bank or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 297 HART LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from returned, rejected, misprinted, lost or fraudulent checks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend access if the app is used for fraud or other unlawful purposes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
